Congratulations on the purchase of your new home!

We have enrolled your home under the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty program at the time of closing. The 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty program includes 1 year Workmanship, 2 year Systems and 10 year Structural coverages.

To enhance our warranty service, we have contracted their Front Line Warranty Service Program which will handle all of your homeowner warranty requests and needs. For non-emergent warranty issues we recommend submission at your 10-11 month closing anniversary.
